You start with a free single user account for CRM FREE and after using the free account you can easily upgrade to a paid account with more features at any time. Simply click the My Account tab in the upper right of any page in the free version and select the plan you want. There are no long term commmitments with CRM FREE. It is a pay as you go service you can cancel anytime. There are no refunds or partial months. You can downgrade or cancel your service at any time before your monthly billing date.
