Contact Groups

Whether you call them Groups or Tags the feature allows to organize your contacts and easily get a list of everyone in a group. You can add as many Groups as you like from the Groups tab. Here you will also see a list of all the Groups and the number of contacts in each Group. In each contact record there is a section for Groups where you can add them to as many groups as fit.

You can add groups for a number of different things including: cross sell opportunities, their interests, high network clients, friends and family just to name a few. Use the groups to better organize your contacts in many different ways. You can also search inside groups from the Contacts tab for eample searching for everyone in a specific group in the state of California.
