Template Emails in CRM FREE
With the paid version of CRM-FREE you can templates for commonly written emails. Write the email once and use it from any contact record needed. You can merge contact info into the emails to personalize them as well.
Templates are setup from the Settings tab and on each contact record there is a link next to each email address for that contact to Send a Template Email. This will address the email to that email address and enter your CRM FREE email account as the bcc address to keep a record in the database and that contact's record for you.
