Linking Projects to Contacts
Projects can be used for any number of things in CRM FREE and each can be assigned to one or more contacts or groups. Contacts can be assigned to a project from either the contact record or from the project. To link a group to a project it must be done from the project record in the Contacts / Groups Assigned section. When a contact is added to or removed from a project a note is entered both in the contact record and the project with the name and time of the person making the change.
